- Prof. Beshah (Ph.D. Leipzig University) is an adjunct professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. He was formerly deputy permanent representative of Ethiopia to the UN, deputy ambassador of Ethiopia to the U.S., and head of external relations at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
